TASK 3
1. Explain on facilities of the library – the organization chat, operation hours, and others.
The library in UiTM Tapah, known as Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak (PTAR), has lots of facilities. For example, it has ’24 hours room’ outside the library, and the students often use it for studying. Inside the library, it has computer labs, and it also has indoor games, such as chess and scrabbles. The chairs there are cozy and the environment inside it is lovely.
Other than that, it also has discussion rooms on third floor, but students need to inform to the librarians before using it. The maximum usage of that room is 10 minutes. The lectures often used the library for the exams that are usually hold on third floor.
The library is open on weekdays, which is from 8.30 a.m. until 4.45 p.m. meanwhile on the weekend, it is closed. There are also rules to be followed. For example, food and drinks are not allowed inside the library. Any types of bags, even the transparent ones, are not allowed in the library to avoid students stealing the books.
Not to mention, students can borrow the books. They can borrow it using face-to-face method, or they can even use an online method. The books than can be borrowed are only 10 per student and the maximum time of borrowing it is two weeks.
TASK 4
1. How to optimize and organize study time?
There are many ways to optimize and organize study time. One of them is to set a study goal. You need to have an idea about what you’re going to study, and what you’re going to do about your new knowledge before you start studying. Other than that, you should avoid anything that can distract your studies. You can do this by putting away your smartphone and other things that are related to it before studying.
2. What are your time management strategies to stay motivated?
I actually don’t have any strategies to stay motivated. It’s because my study time is already fixed, so my time for study is based on my fixed calendar. But, in my opinion, there are strategies to stay motivated for studying. You should study whenever you have free time, and before you go to sleep. It’s the best way to stay motivated for me.

TASK 6
1. Discuss the way you take lecturer notes during the lecture time before learning
and practicing the effectiveness strategy.
2. Explain an effective note-taking system.
For me, the most effective note-taking notes is to extract the main points of the lectures and list down on something convenient such as notebook. By doing so, you will know the correct information of your lectures, and can use it to memorize easily for the exams. You can also use this method for fast-paced revision, as it benefits you to understand the subjects in a short period of time.
